Manufacturing – Plastics Manufacturing Associate
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Pay Rate: $19.26/hour
Shift: 2nd Shift
Duration: 9/21/2026 – 9/19/2027
Job Description:
- Operate 1–5 robotic plastic injection molding machines at a time.
- Perform visual inspection of plastic parts for quality defects.
- Package finished parts and inspect packaging materials.
- Operate automatic load/assembly machines.
- Identify and report quality issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain accurate production and quality records.
- Follow established manufacturing policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
- Perform basic math and computer-related tasks.
Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
- Injection molding experience preferred.
- Experience handling small or delicate parts preferred.
- Medical/pharmaceutical manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and quality awareness.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
