OB-GYN Nurse

Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate OB-GYN Nurse to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for women's health and will play a key role in providing exceptional care to patients through their pregnancy and gynecological journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality nursing care in the obstetrics and gynecology department.
Assist with prenatal care, labor and delivery, and postpartum care.
Educate patients on reproductive health, family planning, and overall wellness.
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to create and implement personalized care plans.
Conduct assessments, monitor vital signs, and maintain accurate patient documentation.
Offer emotional support and guidance to patients and their families.
Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

Valid RN license in Minnesota.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; an associate degree may be considered with relevant experience.
Previous experience in obstetrics and gynecology nursing is strongly preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
