The CP is a valued member of the nursing team who works in close collaboration with the assigned RN to provide safe and quality patient‑centered care. Examples of nursing activities that cannot be delegated to unlicensed assistive personnel include assessment and evaluation of the impact of interventions on care provided to the patient. Estimated pay range: $16.77 – $21.80 per hour, depending on experience.
