This is not a full-time employment role .

The Recruiter Partner role is designed for independent recruiters, technical recruiters, and staffing professionals who want access to active roles, qualified talent, and fast payouts —without building employer relationships from scratch.

You work independently, place candidates, and get paid per successful hire.

What You’ll Do

As a RecruitingOS Recruiter Partner, you will:

• Match qualified candidates to open roles on the platform

• Place talent across technical, business, and specialist positions

• Leverage AI-powered matching to identify best-fit opportunities

• Manage candidate and employer interactions through RecruitingOS

• Close placements and earn commissions upon hire

You choose which roles to work on and how active you want to be.

How You Earn

Recruiters earn through:

• Commission per successful placement

• Transparent, performance-based payouts

• No cap on earnings

• Faster close cycles due to pre-qualified roles and candidates

Income scales directly with placements made.
