Job Description Job Description Description: HVAC Technician: Requirements: * 5 Years HVAC Experience Minimum * Proven experience as an HVAC Technician * Knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and equipment * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently or as part of a team * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Valid HVAC certification or license (preferred) * High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus * Clean driving record and reliable transportation Benefits: (Available after 90 days of employment) * Employee Health benefits - Covered 100% for Employee - option to add family coverage at the cost of the employee * Paid Sick time * Paid Holidays off * 401k plan Requirements: Responsibilities: * Install, rebuild, replace, or repair AC units, fans, motors, thermostats, fuses, filters, bearings, valves, controls, gaskets and other equipment as necessary * Prepare work area and clear work area of job-related debris upon completion * Perform routine maintenance * Maintain record of materials utilized * Maintain records of labor and time * Create estimates * Answer questions from office necessary for estimates, invoicing, or other clerical needs * Submit job-related completion paperwork/information * Comply with processes and procedures * Adhere to all safety and quality codes/standards * Excellent customer service
