Our client, industry leader in transportation services, is seeking a Driver Recruiter- Owner Operators Experience Required to join their team. As a Driver Recruiter- Owner Operators Experience Required, you will be part of the recruitment department supporting the driver acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Driver Recruiter- Owner Operators Experience Required

Location: Houston, TX

Pay Range: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour depending on experience

Shift: 7:00am to 4:00pm or 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

What's the Job?

• Identify and attract qualified owner-operator candidates through various sourcing channels
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidate suitability for driver roles
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and candidate pipelines
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process

What's Needed?

• Previous experience recruiting owner-operators in the transportation industry
• Knowledge of credential requirements: 100065, 100035, 100092
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
