ROLE OVERVIEW:

\n

This is a market leadership role, not a traditional Director of Nursing position.

\n

 

\n

As the Clinical Sales Director of Nursing Operations – NJ, you will be responsible for building and scaling the New Jersey market.

\n

 

\n

You will:

\n

\n
• Establish Alliance Homecare as a trusted partner to leading institutions such as Valley Hospital, Englewood Hospital, and Overlook Medical Center (Summit)
\n
• Build and manage a high-performing team of elite nurses
\n
• Drive client acquisition through relationships and reputation
\n
• Oversee clinical care delivery and ensure exceptional patient outcomes
\n

You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, with direct visibility into the growth and success of the New Jersey market. This role carries full responsibility for building a sustainable referral pipeline and driving revenue growth.

\n

 

\n

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

\n

Market Development & Growth

\n

\n
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, case managers, discharge planners, and healthcare leaders across New Jersey’s top hospital systems
\n
• Develop strategic partnerships to generate a consistent pipeline of high-quality client referrals
\n
• Represent Alliance Homecare in the New Jersey market with professionalism, credibility, and clinical authority
\n

\n

Client Acquisition & Care Oversight

\n

\n
• Own the full client acquisition process from initial engagement through case start
\n
• Serve as the clinical face of Alliance Homecare for clients and their families
\n
• Design and oversee personalized care plans for complex cases
\n
• Ensure exceptional client experience and long-term satisfaction
\n

\n

Nurse Recruitment & Team Building

\n

\n
• Recruit, vet, and onboard highly skilled RNs and LPNs
\n
• Build a network of elite nursing professionals aligned with Alliance Homecare standards
\n
• Partner with internal teams to ensure compliance, credentialing, and readiness
\n

\n

Staffing & Operations

\n

\n
• Oversee staffing and scheduling of all client cases
\n
• Ensure proper nurse-client matching based on clinical needs and personality fit
\n
• Maintain continuity of care and proactively address coverage challenges
\n
• Ensure rapid staffing of new cases, with urgency as a core performance expectation
\n

\n

Clinical Excellence & Quality Assurance

\n

\n
• Establish and uphold best-in-class clinical standards
\n
• Monitor patient outcomes and continuously improve care delivery
\n
• Ensure adherence to all applicable state and federal regulations
\n

\n

Financial & Operational Coordination

\n

\n
• Collaborate with central teams on billing, payroll, and financial performance
\n
• Manage case-level profitability and resource allocation
\n
• Contribute to overall market growth strategy and performance
\n

\n

\n

QUALIFICATIONS:

\n

\n
• BSN required; advanced degree preferred
\n
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey
\n
• 5+ years of hospital experience (ICU or critical care strongly preferred)
\n
• Experience in private duty nursing or high-acuity home care preferred
\n
• Strong existing relationships within New Jersey’s healthcare ecosystem
\n

COMPENSATION:

\n
• Base salary range: $160,000 – $175,000, commensurate with experience and market relationships
\n
• Performance-based incentive structure tied to new business generation and market growth
\n
• Additional milestone-based bonuses aligned with key revenue targets in the New Jersey market
\n
