Registered Nurse NICU

$2448.00/week - Job Summary: Provide specialized neonatal intensive care to critically ill neonates in a Level IV NICU setting, ensuring optimal patient outcomes through expert clinical interventions and support. This role involves managing high-acuity cases, including surgical, gastrointestinal, respiratory, and neurological conditions. Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive nursing care to neonates with complex medical needs in a high-acuity environment. Monitor and operate advanced equipment such as servo ventilators, nitric oxide systems, and various invasive and non-invasive respiratory support devices. Administer medications, treatments, and procedures in compliance with facility policies and clinical standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Document all patient interactions, assessments, and interventions accurately using Epic or similar EHR systems. Ensure compliance with safety standards, including proper use of ventilators, lines, and dialysis equipment. Qualifications: Hold a valid Ohio or multi-state compact nursing license at the time of application. Possess a minimum of 2 years of NICU experience, preferably in a Level IV/high acuity setting. Be BLS certified and have up-to-date pediatric/neonatal life support credentials. Exhibit strong clinical skills in managing ventilators, Trachs, and other neonatal critical care equipment.
