- We’re looking for an experienced Lead Technician who takes pride in diagnostics, leadership, efficiency, and doing the job right the first time.This is not an entry-level role. We want someone who can lead from the front, help elevate the team, and contribute to a high-performing shop culture focused on quality repairs and exceptional customer experience. What We’re Looking For:
- Servant leader mentality
- Strong diagnostic and drivability skills
- Ability to mentor and support other technicians
- Experience with advanced electrical and mechanical repairs
- Professionalism, accountability, and leadership
- Strong workflow and communication habits
- ASE certifications preferred (but not required for the right candidate)
