Behavior Technician - Work with Kids - Training Provided

Overview We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. As a Behavior Technician, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with autism. In this role, you will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors. Responsibilities Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA. Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors. Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to support each child\'s progress and adjust strategies as needed. Maintain accurate data collection and progress notes as part of ongoing case management. Provide a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment for children with autism.
