What You'll Do:

As one of our hygienists, you'll help children develop healthy smiles and positive dental experiences by:

• Providing preventive dental care for infants, children, and adolescents.
• Performing dental cleanings, fluoride treatments, sealants, and digital radiographs.
• Educating children and parents on oral hygiene in a fun and encouraging way.
• Assisting doctors during examinations and treatment planning.
• Accurately documenting clinical findings.
• Creating a welcoming, positive experience for every child and family.
• Collaborating with our pediatric and orthodontic teams to provide exceptional care.
• Every appointment is an opportunity to make a child smile and help them build confidence at the dentist.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Current Wisconsin Registered Dental Hygienist License.
• CPR Certification.
• Excellent communication and patient education skills.
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills.

Preferred:

• Pediatric dental experience.
• Pediatric experience is a plus—but it isn't required.
• If you have a passion for patient care, enjoy working with children, and are eager to learn, we'll provide the support and training needed to help you thrive.
