• Develop and enhance medication assistance programs to improve patient affordability and equitable access to care
• Expand programs through new site integrations and increased patient access across existing locations
• Standardize medication assistance tools, workflows, and best practices to ensure consistent patient and provider experiences
• Lead projects, optimization strategies, and stakeholder collaborations while ensuring compliance with regional, state, and federal guidelines
• Evaluate program effectiveness, implement improvements, and stay current on regulations and industry trends

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Pharmacist obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensure required relevant to state in which work is performed.

Education:

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy required.

Work Experience:

• 3 years of experience required OR a graduate from an accredited Health System Pharmacy Administration residency program required.
