Overview: TITLE: Senior Data Analyst Location: Chicago, IL (some travel to McLean, VA maybe required) Duration: 7+ months Role Overview We are seeking experienced Senior Data Analysts to support advanced data engineering and analytics initiatives. This role requires strong technical expertise, hands-on problem solving, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Core Technical Skills
- Python / PySpark : Skilled in data processing using Databricks or Jupyter Notebooks.
- SQL : Proficient in complex data manipulation and retrieval.
- AWS (S3) : Experience consuming and managing data in cloud storage.
- Snowflake : Hands-on background in cloud data warehousing.
- Linux / Unix : Comfortable with shell scripting for navigation and automation.
- Dashboarding / Visualization : Strong experience with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QuickSight.
- Capital One Experience : Familiarity with internal tools and ecosystem is highly valued for faster onboarding.
- Proactive Learner : Ability to quickly adapt to new tools and processes without extensive documentation.
- Self-Starter : Demonstrated capability to take ownership of problems and drive solutions independently.
