Senior Growth Manager, Paid Search

Driving performance improvements and expanding digital presence, the full-time Senior Growth Manager, Paid Search will lead and optimize paid search strategies, manage key accounts, and collaborate across teams in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Own the end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of paid search channels, focusing on performance and growth targets Develop advanced reporting frameworks to track campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement Collaborate with internal teams to optimize campaign performance through targeting and creative direction Required qualifications 5-7 years of experience in paid search, paid social, ecommerce, or DTC brands Proven track record of scaling paid media profitability Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Shopping/Merchant Center, and YouTube Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights Familiarity with data tools like Omni, Looker, GA4, or similar
