In addition, as an entry level Store Associate, you will be trained in technology and print products/services, ensuring you're equipped with the knowledge to assist customers effectively. Primary Responsibilities: Customer Centric Experience: Supports a positive customer-centric experience by proactively acknowledging and engaging every customer. Utilizes and understands the selling program to promote the sale of the best solution as well as additional products and/or services. Maintains awareness of planned advertisements, promotions, and sales and loyalty programs. Store Operations Commitment: Consistently maintains store and print department appearance to company guidelines and keeps a neat, clean, well-stocked environment. Adheres to all standards related to signage labeling and merchandise presentation. Follows the established sorting and stocking guidelines and completes freight processes. Ensures freight sorting area is organized and setup in accordance with guidelines. Scans, investigates, and fills inventory lows and outs daily. Print and Tech Expertise: Works to continually develop personal selling skills and product knowledge through sales and service tools provided which includes successful completion, at minimum, of Tech, Print, and other applicable training. Continued education in these areas is expected, up to and including designated certifications, if required. Sales Techniques: Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and practices; and supports the company's loss prevention efforts. Performs other duties as assigned.
