Job Title: School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist Location: Midland, TX School District: Midland ISD Position Type: Full-Time Discipline: SLP Setting: Onsite Only Overview ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time onsite position with Midland ISD in Midland, Texas . This is a great opportunity for an SLP who is confident managing a school-based caseload and comfortable providing support across a district setting. The selected candidate will work with a caseload of approximately 6065 students and may supervise up to two SLPAs . Bilingual candidates are preferred, but bilingual skills are not required for consideration. Responsibilities Provide speech and language services to students in a school setting Manage a caseload of approximately 6065 students Conduct evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions Develop and support IEP goals based on student needs Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and related service providers Complete documentation, progress reports, and required compliance tasks Supervise SLPAs as needed, likely no more than two Attend IEP meetings and contribute to student support planning Schedule Dates: ASAP through May 23, 2025 Hours: Full-Time Days: School schedule Caseload: Approximately 6065 students Service Delivery: Onsite only Number of Positions: 1 Qualifications Active Texas SLP License required School-based experience preferred SLPA supervision experience preferred Bilingual preferred, but not required Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills Ability to work collaboratively with school teams ProCare Benefits Highly competitive compensation Weekly pay Comprehensive insurance including medical, dental, vision, life, and more Matching 401k Flexible spending account #J-18808-Ljbffr
