Position Overview

As a Rental Car Coordinator, youll oversee the daily operation of our service loaner and rental vehicle program. Youll work closely with service advisors, customers, and dealership staff to ensure customers receive a seamless experience while their vehicles are being serviced.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule rental/loaner vehicles for service customers
• Check vehicles in and out, documenting condition and mileage
• Maintain accurate rental agreements and customer records
• Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for use
• Monitor fleet availability and vehicle maintenance needs
• Verify insurance and driver eligibility requirements
• Communicate with service advisors regarding customer transportation needs
• Handle customer questions professionally and efficiently
• Assist with billing, payments, and daily reporting

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
• Basic computer proficiency
• Valid drivers license with clean driving record
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Previous automotive, rental, or customer service experience preferred but not required
