About the Position

Job Title: Float Pool Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum (LDRP) Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Nights, rotating weekends Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: Minimum of 2 years of labor experience License: Current unencumbered Oregon RN license required Certifications: Healthcare Provider Level BLS required. AHA ACLS, NRP, and NIHSS required. Must-Have: Epic proficiency required. Fetal Monitoring Certification and STABLE preferred. Description: The Float Pool supports staffing across multiple facilities. This role requires flexibility to float between hospitals. While a primary site will be prioritized for most of the contract, assignments may shift. Schedules vary and may include primarily weekend shifts or minimal weekend requirements. This role is ideal for candidates who are adaptable and comfortable working in dynamic environments. Verification of high school diploma or equivalent is required due to requirements for moderate complexity testing. This position requires the use of the employee's personal automobile. Must be able to travel for work assignments at various points of care. No excessive requests for time off will be approved.
