- Coordinate staffing for custodial, grounds, and warehouse services across multiple school facilities.
- Serve as the main liaison between client representatives, site supervisors, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and client-specific policies.
- Monitor attendance and performance, addressing any issues promptly.
- Support payroll processing and invoicing for staffing assignments.
- Maintain accurate records for employee files and compliance documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Public Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in coordinating staffing services for custodial, facilities, grounds, warehouse, or general labor roles.
- Knowledge of employment compliance requirements, including background screening and clearance-based onboarding.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- US Citizen Only.
- Experience supporting staffing programs in government, school district, or other regulated environments.
- Experience with workforces performing physical labor and safety-sensitive duties.
