We are seeking a dedicated professional to coordinate and support the delivery of essential staffing services across multiple facilities in the West Ada School District.

This role is crucial in ensuring that our schools and facilities operate smoothly, with qualified personnel available to support daily operations. If you're organized, communicative, and ready to make a difference, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Coordinate staffing for custodial, grounds, and warehouse services across multiple school facilities.
Serve as the main liaison between client representatives, site supervisors, and internal teams.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and client-specific policies.
Monitor attendance and performance, addressing any issues promptly.
Support payroll processing and invoicing for staffing assignments.
Maintain accurate records for employee files and compliance documentation.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Public Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Experience in coordinating staffing services for custodial, facilities, grounds, warehouse, or general labor roles.
Knowledge of employment compliance requirements, including background screening and clearance-based onboarding.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
US Citizen Only.

Preferences

Experience supporting staffing programs in government, school district, or other regulated environments.
Experience with workforces performing physical labor and safety-sensitive duties.
