Senior Oncology Account Manager, Orlando

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Oncology Account Manager to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will drive territory-level sales execution for oncology therapies, with a strong focus on customer engagement, market development, and patient access. The ideal candidate will work across internal and external stakeholders to advance adoption in a highly competitive oncology environment. This position blends strategic account management with hands‑on field execution, requiring strong business acumen and the ability to balance virtual and in-person interactions.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $150,000 – $230,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Market the company's products effectively within the assigned territory
• Exceed performance goals by positioning product benefits effectively
• Manage time to prioritize high-impact patient and customer engagements
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve patient access
• Adapt between virtual and in-person customer interactions as needed
• Analyze market data to support strategic business planning
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Qualifications

• MA, MS, BA, or BS degree with 12-15+ years in biopharma
• 8-12+ years of oncology product sales experience
• Proven track record in oncology product launches
• Experience with oral oncolytics and companion diagnostics
• Demonstrated success in competitive marketplaces
• Ability to travel approximately 50% and reside in the territory
• Valid driver's license required
