Licenses/Certifications: Active RN license, ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required

Experience: At least 1 year of PCU RN experience; high acuity drip experience, arterial line, Bipap-Airvo experience preferred

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a progressive care setting
• Monitor and manage high acuity patients, including those with arterial lines, drips, Bipap, and Airvo therapies
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Ensure patient safety and comfort through diligent assessment and intervention
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and documentation standards
• Participate in unit orientation and ongoing education activities

What You Need

• Valid RN license in Missouri or a state with compact licensure
• 1+ years of RN experience in a PCU or similar high-acuity setting
• ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications (or willing to obtain prior to start)
• Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to manage complex cases
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and work major holidays
