Job Description

We are seeking a CNA and Patient Care Aide to join our team in Waxhaw NC!

Responsibilities:

Provide patient care under direction of nursing staff
Assist with activities of daily living in the patient's home
Assist with medication reminders
Communicate changes in patient needs to immediate supervisor
Provide companionship and basic care to patients
Maintain a clean and healthy environment

Qualifications:

Previous experience in patient care, or other related fields
Must be able to travel to patient's home in Waxhaw N.C.
Compassionate and caring demeanor
Ability to work well in teams
