What You'll Be Doing Keep Operations Moving: Coordinate transportation loads from initial assignment through final delivery, ensuring everything runs efficiently. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and enjoys working in an environment where no two days are exactly alike. Ideal qualifications include: Previous experience in transportation dispatching, logistics coordination, freight brokerage, or carrier management is preferred. Experience working with trucking companies, professional drivers, or transportation providers is a plus. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to think quickly, make decisions, and solve problems under pressure. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable managing multiple shipments, priorities, and deadlines. Experience with transportation management systems (TMS), dispatching software, or load boards is beneficial. Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office. A team-first attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
