Candidate Pay Rate: $27 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve mobility and function
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other rehab specialists to coordinate patient care
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention

Qualifications

• Current Missouri state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
• BLS certification required (or obtained during orientation)
• Experience in pediatric or orthopedic therapy is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach
• Knowledge of EMR systems and documentation standards
