What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees visitors and/or drivers by carrying out site-specific procedures access-related protocols and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents alarms and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location including warehouse floors shipping and receiving areas trailer lots parking areas and perimeter zones as working conditions may vary by site.
• Monitor entry and exit activity for personnel visitors and/or deliveries helping to deter unauthorized access and supporting established check-in and credential review procedures.
• Observe operational areas for unusual activity policy violations and/or potential hazards and communicate security-related information to help support daily logistics and distribution operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A state county or city issued security license is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
