Clinical Scientist
Scorpion Therapeutics
Role:
Clinical Scientist supporting clinical evidence programs within the Tissue Reconstruction portfolio. Objectives: design, execute, and analyze clinical studies, real-world evidence, and outcomes research to support regulatory, medical, and market access goals.
Responsibilities:
- lead study design
- conduct literature reviews and evidence gap assessments
- oversee study execution
- analyze diverse data sources
- contribute to scientific publications
- collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Clinical Operations, Biostatistics, and external partners
Qualifications:
- Master's degree required (Ph.D. preferred) in Biomedical Engineering, Tissue Engineering, Regenerative Medicine, or related fields
- minimum 3 years in clinical research, medical affairs, or evidence-generation roles
- experience with clinical studies, registries, real-world evidence, and health economics preferred
- industry experience in biotech or med devices advantageous

WorkSetup:
travel up to 20%, physical demands include sitting, walking, and handling hazardous materials; environment involves biohazard exposure.
Reporting to:
Medical Strategy Lead, no direct supervision.
