Key Responsibilities\n

  • Actively participate in the agency’s licensing and accreditation processes, contributing to the continuous improvement of service delivery.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders to enhance service accessibility and cohesion.

  • Establish robust communication channels with community partners, state agencies, and relevant service systems to advocate for clients and support their mental health needs.

  • Engage in professional development activities, including attending workshops, conferences, and training sessions to stay current on best practices in geriatric mental health.

  • Uphold and promote the agency’s values, mission, and philosophy while fulfilling additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director.

This role specifically focuses on geriatric clients who are navigating a variety of life challenges including grief, age-related anxiety, memory issues, and major life changes such as retirement or loss of loved ones.   • A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
