Physical Therapy Assistant - Travel Contract

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment.
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Hospital- IP OP and sports med.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Patient Load: Approximately 13 patients per day, 2 patients per hour.
• EMR: Web PT
