X-Ray Technologist

We are seeking an experienced X-Ray Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in an Acute Care Hospital setting. This opportunity is ideal for imaging professionals looking to work in a collaborative and patient-focused environment.
Job Details

Specialty: X-Ray Technology
Location: Eureka, California
Shift: Day Shift - 5x8 Hours (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
Duration: 13 Weeks

Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic radiographic imaging procedures according to physician orders
Operate X-ray and fluoroscopy equipment safely and efficiently
Ensure proper patient positioning and image quality
Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation
Follow radiation safety and infection control protocols
Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and healthcare staff to support patient care
Float between like units as needed based on department requirements

Required Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of X-Ray Technologist experience
Active California Radiologic Technologist License
Fluoroscopy Permit required
ARRT (R) Certification required
BLS Certification required
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced acute care setting
