Pay & Benefits

Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (full-time salary between $291,000 - $324,000 annually)

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive inpatient obstetric care overnight, including labor management, deliveries, postpartum, and triage.
• Manage gynecologic consults for urgent issues during nocturnist shifts.
• Perform assessments and interventions for obstetric and gynecologic patients.
• Collaborate with a team of OB/GYN physicians and advanced practice providers.
• Support complex case management with multispecialty onsite teams.
• Ensure seamless communication during handoffs with day teams.
• Document patient interactions using Epic EMR system and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Handle emergency obstetric situations and support staff training during overnight shifts.
• Contribute to hospital committees and process improvements as needed.

What You Need

Required:

• Valid OB/GYN certification and license in Colorado or eligible for licensure.
• Minimum of X years of inpatient obstetric experience (specific experience not provided, but generally expected).
• Strong clinical skills in labor management, postpartum care, and gynecologic emergencies.

Preferred:

• Experience in a hospitalist setting or night-shift OB care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
