Responsibilities Making daily warm sales calls from our large membership database Engaging with members walking into the branches to discuss AAA Life Insurance products Identifying the financial needs of our members and translating the importance and benefits of Life insurance products Providing excellent customer service and maintaining retention Qualifications Effective written and verbal communication skills Computer experience and good organizational skills Self‑motivated and fully committed to building a profitable business Sales experience highly preferred High School Diploma required; College Degree a plus Ability to qualify for a Life Insurance License A competitive sales drive to meet and exceed monthly goals Prior insurance industry experience is not required, but is a plus Successful completion of background, credit check, and drug screen Compensation Our Sales Agents start at an hourly rate of $28.85. After completion of the training program, full‑time Sales Agents who successfully meet sales goals can earn, on average, between $86,200 and $105,300 annually. Commissioned opportunities are uncapped when exceeding sales goals.
