Healthcare Quality Assurance & Compliance Supervisor

We are seeking a Quality and Compliance Supervisor, specializing in healthcare. This person must have excellent project management skills and be able to foster a cohesive company-wide team approach to quality improvement. Must respond to internal and external requests for information, audits, subpoenas, complaints, and surveys Must have excellent project management skills and team approach Must be a self starter with limited supervision and have high standards of integrity and honesty Must demonstrate excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, time management, task oriented, good interpersonal skills, patience, perseverance, and follow through skills Must have knowledge of basic computer skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel and internet e-mail experience Must have Valid driver’s license within state of residence & Valid Auto insurance Healthcare Quality & Compliance Supervisor Preferred Qualification and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or other related field, or equivalent years of experience in social services, financial management or human resources.
