Plant Manager Opportunity
Will manage two plants that are close to each other and mentor Business Unit Managers in lean implementation.
Provides leadership to various operations teams to ensure that each facility meets or exceeds the specific goals set forth for each year.
Develop long term strategic plans to ensure the operations teams are capable of supporting future business growth.
This position would be an outstanding opportunity for a Plant Manager seeking to oversee two plant or operations manager to advance to a plant manager role. State of the art manufacturing operation and growing.
Seeking a Plant Manager or Operations Manager seeking a Plant Manager role.
Must have a proven track record in implementation of lean manufacturing.
Should understand high volume, small parts assembly of mechanical or electrical components.
Must be able to mentor supervisory personnel in lean manufacturing.
This position is located on the north side of Rockford and could also be commutable of Madison, Wisconsin or possible Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
