Minutemen Staffing is now hiring a 2nd shift Roving Inspector for a growing Dayton manufacturing facility!

Shift - Monday-Thursday 4pm to 4am and overtime on Fridays as needed

Pay - $17.66 to $24.82 based on experience

This is a temp to hire position

Job Duties:

• Reads drawings and blueprints to effectively qualify machined products.
• Uses basic measuring equipment (Calipers, micrometers).
• Reads and interprets Control Plans.
• Performs cell product audits and documents inspection results.
• Performs Final Audits before shipping to customer.
• Performs outgoing product audits before shipping to outside operations.

Job Requirements:

• Able to work with a team and independently as needed
• Able to reflect positive attitude and disciplined work ethic
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
