If you enjoy helping people find their next home while contributing to a high-performing onsite team, we encourage you to apply.What You'll DoLeasing & SalesGreet and tour prospective residents, qualify needs, and professionally present the community and available apartmentsHighlight apartment features, amenities, and benefits to support leasing goalsProactively manage leads, document tours, and complete leasing paperwork accurately and timelyReview notices to vacate and make every reasonable effort to retain residentsCustomer Service & Resident RelationsAnswer incoming phone calls and in-person inquiries from prospects and residentsAddress resident questions, concerns, and service requests in a timely and professional mannerFollow up with residents on completed maintenance requests to ensure satisfactionMaintain a positive, service-oriented attitude and promote goodwill among residents, coworkers, vendors, and contractorsProperty Presentation & OperationsEnsure the leasing office, tour routes, common areas, amenities, and model units are clean, organized, and tour-readyWalk vacant and rent-ready units to confirm availability and presentation standardsConduct move-in and move-out inspections with residentsConsistently implement and uphold community policies and proceduresMarketing & Community EngagementStay informed on local market conditions and trendsShare ideas with the Property Manager to improve marketing efforts and resident satisfactionAssist with planning and hosting resident events as directedSchedule ExpectationsWeekend availability is required, as most prospect tours occur on weekendsWhat We're Looking ForRequiredHigh school diploma or equivalentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to build rapport quickly with prospects and residentsStrong customer service mindset with attention to detailPreferredTwo or more years of leasing experiencePrevious customer service, sales, or hospitality experienceSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment
