Forklift Operator
We are looking to add a Forklift Operator in Rocky Hill, CT!
This is a temp-to-hire position!
Forklift Operator Shift: 1st shift
Forklift Operator Pay: $18-$20/hr
Forklift Operator Responsibilities will include:
- Forklift Associate uses computer software
- Stack packages onto pallets and wrap/label for shipping
- Load pallets onto trucks or into storage (use of pallet jack required)
- Breakdown cardboard and organize/palletize for bi-weekly tractor trailer pickups
- Warehouse Associate will use a reach truck to pick material
Forklift Operator candidate will possess:
- Reliable transportation
- Good communication skills and a high degree of professionalism
- Ability to take direction
- Attention to detail
- Works well in fast-paced environment
- Organization, cleanliness, and strong work ethic
Qualifications:
- Experience in distribution center operations
- Proficient in materials handling and heavy equipment operation
- Certified forklift operator with expertise in load & unload tasks
