Schedule 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM Job Description The Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) is responsible for providing high-quality respiratory care to patients. This role focuses on both pediatric and adult patients, ensuring effective respiratory therapies and interventions in a critical care setting. The therapist will collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans, monitor patient responses, and adjust therapies as needed. ResponsibilitiesAdminister respiratory therapy treatments and interventions. Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs. Collaborate with healthcare teams to design and implement patient-centered care plans. Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions and treatments. Document patient progress and treatment responses accurately. Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureMust have an active New Jersey Respiratory Therapist License. 2+ years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
