Are you a Licensed Massage Therapist looking to grow your own private practice within a high-traffic medical environment? FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Center of DeLand is seeking a professional LMT to rent a private, dedicated treatment room within our clinic.

This is an ideal opportunity for an "intrapreneur" who specializes in medical, sports, or deep tissue massage and wants to work alongside Physical and Occupational Therapists. While our clinicians frequently refer patients for supplemental manual therapy, the ideal candidate is someone motivated to build and manage their own client base.

What We Are Looking For:

1. A licensed and insured Florida Massage Therapist (LMT).

2. A focus on medical massage, trigger point therapy, or neuromuscular re-education (preferred, but not required).

3. A self-starter who handles their own scheduling, billing, and client retention.

4. Someone with a positive, professional demeanor who values a collaborative clinic culture.

Terms: We are offering a flat monthly room rental fee (competitive for the DeLand area). This allows you to keep 100% of your earnings and control your own schedule.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit a strong desire to help others and promote the health and wellness and be able to convey the benefits of massage therapy
• Must adhere to local and state licensing/certification laws and regulations
• Knowledge of other modalities/certifications a plus
• Must be customer service oriented
• Positive attitude
• Team player
• Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
• Educates the clients on the benefits of the service performed and recommends products for home use
