Our success is driven by our people, our commitment to safety, and our focus on quality, relationships, and results.Position SummaryLEMOINE is seeking an experienced Commercial Door & Hardware Installer to join our Matrix (Drywall Division). This role will be responsible for installing and managing the majority of our commercial doors, door hardware, toilet partitions, toilet and bath accessories, and select interior trim and millwork across commercial construction projects.This position is commercial-focused only and requires the ability to travel to project sites as needed. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, skilled in commercial hardware systems, and capable of working independently or leading a small crew.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall commercial door hardware including:Locks, closers, panic devices, hinges, and specialty hardwareInstall hollow metal and wood doors and framesInstall toilet partitions, toilet accessories, and bath accessoriesPerform interior finish work including:Wood trimLight millworkInterior architectural finishes as requiredRead and interpret blueprints, hardware schedules, and manufacturer specificationsCoordinate work with field supervision, drywall crews, and other tradesEnsure installations meet quality standards, code requirements, and project specificationsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all timesFollow all LEMOINE safety policies and jobsite proceduresTravel to multiple project locations as requiredPotentially lead and coordinate a small installation crewQualifications3+ years of experience installing commercial door hardware (required)Strong experience with:Commercial hardware systemsToilet partitions and accessoriesInterior trim and finish carpentryAbility to read construction drawings and hardware schedulesFamiliarity with commercial construction environments (schools, healthcare, office, industrial, etc.)Willingness and ability to travel for project workStrong attention to detail and craftsmanshipAbility to work independently and meet project schedulesLeadership experience or ability to lead a crew is a plusPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift and carry materials up to 50 lbsAbility to stand, kneel, bend, and climb as required by jobsite conditionsAbility to work indoors and outdoors in varying jobsite environmentsWhy Join LEMOINEOpportunity to work on high-profile commercial projectsLong-term career growth within a respected construction firmStrong safety culture and team-driven environmentCompetitive pay and benefits packageCompany that values craftsmanship, accountability, and leadershipEqual Opportunity EmployerThe Lemoine Company, L.L.C. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
