Equipment Associate

Our client, a leading provider in the equipment rental industry, is seeking a Equipment Associate to join their team. As a Equipment Associate, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the branch team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Equipment Associate Location: Waukesha, WI Pay Range: $20 per hour Shift: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday What's the Job? Assist service technicians, sales staff, and branch personnel with labor support to meet customer needs Help with deliveries and prepare equipment for rental Perform routine safety and operational checks on rental equipment Greet customers and assist with inquiries about equipment and supplies Load and unload rental equipment, ensuring proper handling and safety What's Needed? High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license Ability to lift equipment up to 50 pounds Strong customer service focus and eagerness to learn Effective communication and teamwork skills What's in it for me?
