Job Responsibilities/Requirements:

• Monitor client complaints and ensure the implementation of any resolutions necessary for continued 100% client satisfaction
• Ability to interact with other departments in a professional and courteous manner
• Sorting, counting and processing daily mail
• Electronic filing and retrieval of documents
• Communicate with clients via phone and email
• Management of the lobby phone
• Maintaining and updating consumer records
• Navigating between multiple databases quickly and accurately
• Proven organizational skills and demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Any other duties assigned by applicable manager, director, CAO and/or CEO
• Above all, 100% client satisfaction

Schedule:

• Monday- Friday
• No Weekends
• Dayshift
• In office presence, NO remote work
• Full time (40 hours per week)

Education/Experience

• High School Diploma or High School Equivalent
• Associate's Degree Preferred
• Minimum 5 years experience with customer service is required
• Minimum 2 years experience with Excel

Ability to commute:

Harrisburg, PA 17111: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
