HR Operations Specialist

Human Resources Operations Specialist Full-Time | Established Company Salary: $62,000 - $69,000 per year We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. This is a permanent position where you will play a pivotal role in supporting our HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions. You will be responsible for a wide range of duties including HR administrative support, interdepartmental coordination, employee records management, and HRIS support. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong time management and organization skills. Responsibilities Provide broad HR administrative and department support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating departmental activities. Liaise with subsidiaries and coordinate interdepartmental activities to ensure smooth operation of HR functions. Manage employee records and provide HRIS support, ensuring all employee data is accurate and up-to-date. Utilize Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) to create reports, track activities, and manage documentation. Utilize Paylocity, DynaFile, and other HR tools to streamline HR operations. Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to accomplish tasks and achieve HR objectives. Ensure all HR activities and processes are in compliance with company policies and legal regulations. Analyze HR data and provide reports to management on key HR metrics. Display personal integrity and maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations or a related field, preferably in the construction industry. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Experience with HRIS systems, Paylocity, and DynaFile is a plus. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and thoroughness. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Task-oriented and results-driven, with a strong focus on achieving HR objectives. High level of personal integrity, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Experience with visa processes and regulations is a plus. Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
