Position Summary

Allcare Homecare LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Data Entry Clerk to support daily Human Resources and administrative operations.

This entry-level position is primarily responsible for entering, updating, maintaining, and organizing employee and person-served (client) information within company systems, including ADP, AxisCare, and internal tracking spreadsheets.

The ideal candidate is dependable, comfortable working with computers, capable of managing repetitive administrative tasks, and committed to maintaining accurate and confidential records.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Data Entry & Employee Record Management

• Enter and update employee information in ADP, AxisCare, and internal company databases.

• Maintain accurate employee records, including contact information, employment status, and authorized pay rates.

• Upload, organize, and maintain digital employee files.

• Review employee records for missing or incomplete information.

• Correct data entry errors and report discrepancies to management.

• Ensure employee information remains current and properly documented.

2. AxisCare Client Data Entry & Management

• Enter new persons served (clients) into AxisCare.

• Create and maintain accurate client profiles within the system.

• Enter and update client demographic information, contact details, addresses, and authorized service information.

• Upload and organize client documentation within AxisCare.

• Update client profiles when changes are communicated and authorized by management.

• Assist with entering approved service hours and other client-related administrative information.

• Review AxisCare client records for missing information or data entry errors.

• Ensure client information is entered accurately and consistently.

• Notify management of missing documentation, discrepancies, or incomplete client profiles.

• Maintain confidentiality of all client information in accordance with company policies and applicable privacy requirements.

3. Employee Onboarding Support

• Assist with entering new-hire information into company systems.

• Organize and upload onboarding paperwork.

• Track completion of required onboarding documents.

• Assist with maintaining employee onboarding spreadsheets and checklists.

• Notify the appropriate HR team member when documentation is missing.

• Support the administrative preparation of new employee profiles.

4. HR & Operations Administrative Support

• Maintain and update HR and Operations spreadsheets, trackers, and reports.

• Assist with organizing employee and client-related administrative documents.

• Scan, rename, file, and upload documents.

• Perform routine data audits to identify errors or missing information.

• Provide basic administrative support to HR and Operations staff.

• Complete assigned data entry projects within established deadlines.

5. Confidentiality & Accuracy

• Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and client information.

• Follow company procedures for handling sensitive documents.

• Ensure information is entered accurately and consistently.

• Report concerns regarding inaccurate records or missing documentation.

• Access and update information only as authorized.

• Follow applicable employee and client privacy and data security requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred but not required.

• Basic computer proficiency.
