This role will oversee subcontracting strategies, monitor subcontracts performance on projects, and ensure projects are executing work in accordance with established Subcontracts processes and procedures. Each MS Subcontracts Manager will be responsible for all Subcontracts professionals working in the MS (field and office). Depending on proposal/project volume in the MS, they would supervise 3-15+ professionals and be accountable for subcontracts performance within their MS. Key ResponsibilitiesLiaise with Market Sector & Strategic Growth leadership to understand BD strategy, proposal support, and staffing needsCoordinate with other Market Sector SC Managers and SC Ops Director to manage staffing needs & train subcontracts professionalsCollect/review subcontracts KPIs for all projects in the Market Sector; address concerns with Subcontracts leadership & project managementSupport subcontracts leads in the Market Sector to resolve Subcontracts-related issuesAudit projects for compliance with Subcontracts processes and proceduresParticipate in CRBs and PRBs on proposals with subcontracted scopeSupport the development & implementation of the Subcontracts MSA ProgramManagement ResponsibilitiesSupervises work of others.
