Job Description

Lead day-to-day field operations for ground-up multifamily construction projects. Manage subcontractors, schedules, safety, quality, and site logistics. Coordinate project activities to maintain budget and milestone targets. Collaborate with project managers, owners, and design teams throughout construction. Travel full-time to project locations across the U.S. as business needs require.

The Successful Applicant

2-10+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction. Experience leading ground-up multifamily projects with 70+ units. Proven track record delivering projects valued at $15M+. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Open to 100% travel and capable of hitting the ground running.

What's On Offer

Salary: $100,000-$140,000 base salary, depending on experience. Project-based bonus equal to 5% of project bottom-line performance. $750/month vehicle allowance, $75/month cellphone allowance, and $2,000-$3,000/month per diem.
