Our organization, located in Savannah, GA, is on the lookout for a dedicated Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our Medical Intensive Care Unit (ICU) within the Healthcare & Medical Services division. This pivotal leadership position involves the coordination of care for high-acuity patients, promoting evidence-based practices, and mentoring nursing personnel to uphold the highest standards of quality and safety.

• Oversee and coordinate patient care for individuals with complex medical needs.
• Support and implement evidence-based nursing practices.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Manage workflow and staffing within the unit to maintain efficiency.
• Engage in initiatives aimed at performance improvement and quality enhancement.

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia.
• Experience in an ICU setting is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
