About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant, maintains exceptional attention to detail, and understands the importance of food safety, allergy awareness, and speed of service. Our guests trust us to provide accurate, safe, and timely meals, making precision and teamwork essential to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Execute orders efficiently while maintaining consistency during high-volume service periods.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
• Demonstrate strict adherence to allergy protocols, preventing cross-contamination and ensuring guest safety.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked workstation throughout each shift.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.
• Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation standards.
• Assist with prep work, inventory management, and kitchen closing duties as needed.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet service goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Line Cook in a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and allergy management procedures.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience managing multiple tickets and priorities during busy service periods.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
