• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
  
• Assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
  
• Record patient progress and update treatment plans accordingly.
  
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care.
  
• Document treatment sessions accurately in EMR system.
