- Assemble components based on detailed drawings and supervisor instructions.
- Conduct self-inspections to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
- Record assembly progress using computer systems.
- Follow safety procedures and workplace rules.
- Work overtime and weekends as needed, including early start shifts.
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- At least 1 year of machine assembly experience.
- Ability to read and interpret complex assembly drawings.
- Basic computer skills.
- Knowledge of hand and power tools; crane experience is a plus.
- Tape measure, overhead crane operation, blueprint reading.
- Familiarity with metric and standard measurements.
- Proficient with hand tools and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and self-motivated.
- Team-oriented with safety focus.
