Our LTSR division has an immediate opening for an Assistant Program Director.Essential job functions:Clinical and administrative oversight of all aspects of the LTSR, its residents, and staffDevelopment and implementation of policies and procedures in compliance with all external and internal policies, statutes, and regulationsOversight of admission screening and negotiations regarding referrals, transfers, and dischargesMaintenance of safe and therapeutic environment for residents and staff, including conduct of all required inspections, fire drills, and observance of safety standardsCompliance with external and internal requirements and regulations regarding record keeping, and reportingEstablishment of liaison relationships with OMH/MR, referring agencies, external service providers, either directly, or through delegationAttend all external and internal meetings as requiredDevelopment and implementation of staff training required by external regulations, Agency and/or Program Policy, and indicated by Staff needsCompliance with all COMHAR policies and procedures with no unauthorized exceptionRequirementsMaster's degree in a clinical discipline required2 years relevant Mental Health experience2 Years of Supervisory Experience, preferably in a residential settingWe are proud to be an EEO employer M/F/D/V.
